Logos research Vintage/Kawaii/Kitsch

I've been asked to create a logo for a vintage clothing company, she would however like the design to be very kitsch, colourful and bubble-like, I thought I'd research into vintage logos and cartoon/kitsch/kawaii logos though, it's a good starting point for me creating the logo.
